Hi I'm Tammy

I am a qualified beautician, massage therapist, and lash tech. I am also trained in anxiety and panic, hypnotherapy and NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming (re-training the brain). 

As a beauty therapist, I often felt drained at the end of the day. Not because I was on my feet all day, but because of the emotional weight of listening to my clients' problems for 10 hours a day. 

I had empathy galore, and my clients would often say they came for the chat as much as the physical treatment they were in for. 

As someone who also suffered with anxiety, I would often feel anxious that I wasn't saying the right thing or helping my clients. Yes I could resonate with them, but I couldn't even help myself with my excessive worry, how could I help them?

Anxiety can be crippling, a constant battle in your mind and the exhaustion of fighting that daily. It is no wonder that anxiety and depression can often go hand in hand.

That is why now that I am trained in supporting people out of ongoing anxiety, I decided to create a certified course to support other therapists to protect themselves as they best support their clients. 

As much as I love my life and feel blessed to be in the position I am now, I have regrets. A life half lived, missed opportunities in both my personal life and my business, and the biggest of all, not being the Mum I could have been if I hadn't of been crippled with anxiety and stress. And for that reason, I am passionate about helping others to really understand anxiety and the 5 real reasons that create ongoing anxiety and suffering.
